The fishing the past couple weeks on the central Pacific has been a little above the average for late April.

Captain Bill reports some big marlin, some sailfish and some nice mahi mahi lately.

Captain Jeremy went out to the corner last Friday and went 6 for 11 on sailfish.  Captain Jeremy went out on the big boat a couple days later and released 5 sailfish and a nice marlin.

The guys in Quepos have been catching some sailfish, mahi mahi and a few marlin.  The run to the bite has been 35-45 miles offshore so you need a full day and a fast boat to get to the bite.

The above photo was sent by the guys on the Frenzy in Quepos…a very cool sailfish photo.
